The Figure shows wide QRS tachycardia and dissociated atrial activity (Figure, arrows). Thus, the patient exhibits ventricular tachycardia and dissociated atrial tachycardia. In addition, in the complete electrocardiogram shown in the ECG Contest, it can be seen that the ventricular tachycardia subsides spontaneously and is reinitiated following 2 beats of narrow QRS atrial tachycardia.
